Wordpress Installation Terms

1. Tru-Guru offers to provide a new Wordpress installation for clients who follow the instructions provided in this bonus. The completed result includes a standard Wordpress installation with a default Wordpress theme. Tru-Guru is not required to install any other type of custom functions, themes or widgets.

2. Clients must buy through the link provided in order for us to validate the purchase and proceed with the installation.

3. Tru-Guru offers to provide an initial, working installation of Wordpress. Further technical support or assistance with the blog, the website or the hosting/domain company is not the responsibly of Tru-Guru.

4. Tru-Guru is not responsible for billing or managing your hosting and/or domain accounts. Refunds and other billing related questions should be addressed to the hosting/domain company providing the client service.

5. Tru-Guru requires access to your account, using the information provided by your hosting company (including your username and password). Tru-Guru intends to use this information ONLY to provide the Wordpress installation. It is the responsibility of the client to change their password after the installation has been completed. Tru-Guru is not responsible for any malicious hacks, attacks, or unauthorized logins on the client's hosting account.

6. Installation will usually take between 24 and 72 hours to complete. Most installations will be completed within the first 24 hours.

7. This offer is meant is aimed at buyers who choose to use the free domain name provided by the hosting company. Using previously purchased domain names may require domain transfers, which Tru-Guru can assist with, but will probably require action on your part to move/transfer the domain name. The Wordpress blog install completion cannot be completed until this transfer has occured.

8. The client will maintain full ownership of their Wordpress blog, their hosting account and their domain name.

9. Questions concerning the installation of a client's Wordpress blog should be first addressed using the Ticket ID provided to them after the request has been made.

10. If we confront issues concerning our ability to log into your hosting account or effectively install your Wordpress blog, you will be initially contacted via the email address provided in your Contact Details. This may delay the delivery date of your Wordpress blog installation. Completion of your installation will also be sent to you via email through our ticket system at Tru-Support.com. Be sure to whitelist all emails from @tru-support.com.

11. All Hosting/Domain companies that we work with do offer at least 30-day money back guarentees. If you wish to cancel your hosting/domain account, it must be done directly with your hosting/domain company.

12. All efforts to satisfy the needs of the client will be made as long as terms 1-10 are met.

ADDED THESIS LICENSE & INSTALLATION TERMS

13. Upon accepting this offer, you are entitled to ONE installation of the current version of Thesis by DIYThemes. This is a full Client License. A client license:

• Must be installed by the developer (TheWebReviewer Inc.)
• Entitles the client to ONE fully licensed version of Thesis on their host/domain.
• Client will have access to the DIYThemes User Guide.
• Client will NOT have access to the DIYThemes Support Forum.
• Client MUST leave and not edit license file on server at all times. This license file is NOT transferrable to other websites.
• Client MUST leave DIYThemes link intact at the footer of the theme.

14. Clients will be provided with a working, unmodified version of Thesis installed on their server. Any changes or modifications made by the client is at their own discretion.

15. Developer (TheWebReviewer Inc.) is not obligated to perform any further fixes, upgrades or reinstallations after the initial installation. Software upgrades can be requested (by submitting a help ticket at http://www.tru-support.com) for any further version updates. Videos and/or instructions on upgrading may be provided, but the upgrade process will be the responsibility of the client.

16. If client chooses to close down the website where Thesis is installed, the license will become void.
